There are two roads that you can use to drive to the property from the airport - Free road, which I really would not recommend to use especially from capital repairs of road near San Pedro and during the high season there is a lot of traffic and you can end up being stuck half way for hours. If money is not an issue, then I would strongly advise to use highway and then in an hour you should be at the property. The highway would have two charges - about 10 euros in total.

1. You would come to a first roundabout when you drive out of the airport. Go round it and stick to the right side! Do not speed up. Look for the exit on the right hand side that says Algeciras or Algeciras/Cadiz. Take this turn. And keep driving on the right side. You should follow this sign all the time. I think you would have to take two right turns towards the Algeciras sign.

2. Then road in few kilometers would be divided into free road and highway. The free road will be on the right side, the Highway will be on the left side. So if you decide to use the highway change to the left side of the road. To confirm that you are on the highway there will be a sign with a blue cirle and it would say PEAJE(TOLL) (which means highway in Spanish).

3. You will pass the signs, Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona east and you would then see a sign saying POLIGONO INDUSTRIALES ( you would see poligons in front of you. You would need to take a 153 turn. Look out for this turn and do not take any other turns, only 153!! (you would go off the main road), follow it up and you would get to a roundabout. Go round it and after the 3rd right on the roundabout please follows the arrow sign Casares, which will be after 13 kilometers (so as if you are going around roundabout and coming down on the main road again). This road will be along the sea (the sea will be on your left side) and there will be constant roundabouts.

4. You will pass the hotel Elba. On the right side by the roundabout you will see a sign CASARES. Take this turn and come off the main road. Keep driving towards the mountains (about 10-15 min drive). You will pass Finca Cortesin Hotel on your right side. Some other restaurants will be passed. Then just before you get to Casares itself on your right side you will see a sign that says Apartamentos Puerto de la Cruz, please turn into it and stop by the large parking space there.
