Ways to Pay
You can book us either with credit card via secured link through our website, via bank transfer or in cash / credit card upon arrival.
Payment
To book your prefered Casa - 20% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid upon booking.
Outstanding amount is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival together with security deposit.
Deposit
120 pounds will be paid either via credit card or in cash. Deposit will be returned automatically to your credit card in 14 days after departure (if nothing has been damaged) or in cash on the day of departure (if nothing has been damaged).
No-show/cancellation policy
If booking has been cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival - 20% deposit + 60% of outstanding amount will be kept by us.
If cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival - 20% deposit + 80% of outstanding amount will be kept by us.
If booking cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival - 20% deposit + 100% of oustanding amount will be kept by us.
No Children
No children are accepted under the age of 15 years old. Please note, we would be happy to accept children if the whole of Retreat will be booked. For price please do check with us.
Behaviour
To respect the privacy and rest of other guests, please keep noise to a minimum throughout all shared areas of Retreat,refrain from listening to loud music by the swimming pool or at your Casa etc.
Please note if you wish for your friends or family to visit you during
your stay at Retreat, please check with us first. Retreat is a private
estate so for safety and privacy of other guests staying at Retreat we
do ask you to check the possible arrival of third party with us first.

BBQ
During summer months, local government prohibits any open fire to avoid very high incidence of fires in our area.
Arrival
The normal Check in time is from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive earlier the property may be occupied so during this period
you Will be able to relax by the pool until your property will be ready
for you. If necessary bags can be left at the property before it is
ready for occupancy. If you wish you can visit a few local cafes or have
a light lunch in the local Venta.
Departure
The departure time is before 12 a.m. If your flight is late in the evening, then you could stay with us as long as required without a problem and relax by the pool area. Or you could leave your bags with us during the day and pick it up before departure.
Trouble-shooting
Although we regularly inspect the properties, from time to time
unforeseen problems may occure. Certain items such as cutlery, crockery,
glassware, light bulbs, linen and towels, sun-beds and minor electrical
appliances may have been broken or removed by previous guests without
our knowledge.
That's why it is very important for you to report any missing or damaged
inventory items to our staff as soon as possible, which will enable us
to replace or repair the item within a reasonable timescale.
Water shortages and Pressure
In high season the water shortages and pressure reductions may occasionally occur and supplies may be cut off without notice. We cannot be held responsible if this is beyond our control. Our technician service always does everything in their power to fix these problems.
Rubbish
Unfortunately the rubbish is not collected from the properties. There are special bins provided usually at various points at the roadside.Ants and cats can get into it, making a terrible mess which will attract other animals. For this reason and for the courtesy of our future guests please remove all rubbish on the last day when vacating the property. Please always remember that these properties are people's homes and you should treat them with the same respect that you treat your own home. If your rubbish will be left after your departure, we will charge 50 euros from your security deposit.
