Casa Oleandro is a one double bedroom brand new property with private plunge pool 2x5m. It enjoys elevated position on the hill, so Casa has absolutely stunning views over the mountains and the sea. Casa Oleandro is a big 2 storey property with 5 meter high ceilings, so it has a lot of free space. It is equipped with first-class antiques from Asia and Africa.
On the first floor there is a cozy living area with sofa, CD and DVD player, bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Private bath is located within Casa Oleandro's private garden which is not overlooked. Also it has a small wine cabinet so you could enjoy a nice collection of wines at modest prices.
Casa has its own kitchenette area where clients could cook basic things like breakfasts, salads, snacks and some main dishes. Please note, this area is limited and cooking is not advisable (but possible depending on your cooking ability). Clients staying at Retreat are here to relax and unwind and do not wish to bother with daily cooking. They are welcome to dine at a great variety of nearby restaurants.
This property ideally accommodates two people, but 1-2 more tenants can rent our another one bedroom Casa Cipres together with Casa Oleandro.
It includes:
- Clients will take care of cleaning and other maintenance personally including rubbish disposal.
- Change of bedding and towels will be carried out once a week (apart from any urgent cases)
